What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union and the European Economic Area. Applied across Europe from 25th May 2018, implemented in Hungary by the Act 112 of 2011 on Data Protection Bill and is designed to give you more control over your personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment across the EU for data management, including how data is exported outside the EU.
